These simple instructions will help you maintain the quality and fit of your tights.

How to Put On Your Tights

1. Remove any jewellery from your hands, be mindful of your nails, and consider applying a small amount of moisturiser to your hands.
   
2. Roll the tights all the way down so that the waistband and toes are close together.
   
3. Gently step into one foot at a time. Unroll the tights carefully - first over the toes, then the heel, and gradually up to the calf and thigh. Repeat with the other leg.
   
4. Continue unrolling the tights up to the waist. Adjust them gently, ensuring they are positioned correctly and the seams are straight.
   

How to Take Off Your Tights

Start with one leg and carefully roll the tights down to the ankle using both hands. Slip them off gently without pulling from the toe.
